Huron Pines Conservation Programs

Huron Pines completes an average of 50 conservation projects in Northeast Michigan each year, ranging from erosion control to invasive species removal to volunteer events. Invasive Species
We focus on plants that are invading wetlands, forests and shorelines throughout our service area.
Land Stewardship
Huron Pines takes an ecosystem-wide approach and works with private landowners and public land managers to promote healthy wildlife habitat.
River Restoration
Huron Pines has a variety of projects that improve water quality and enhance aquatic habitat in Northeast Michigan.
